Please read the Angioma Alliance Scientific Advisory Board Consensus Statement on COVID-19 and cavernous angioma (CCM). A question-and-answer webinar about COVID-19 and cavernous angioma with Dr. Issam Awad and Dr. Kelly Flemming is available on our YouTube channel.
We request that patients or family report to the newly established Angioma Alliance COVID-19 Registry any patient with cavernous angioma who tests positive for COVID-19.
After entering your information, you’ll be contacted by our study staff. They will set up a time to interview you about your COVID-19 experience. The interview will take place at least 30 days after your first symptom or 30 days after your positive COVID-19 test if you were asymptomatic. Any kind of positive test result is eligible – PCR, antigen, or antibody.
We plan to analyze this information and share results with the patient, clinical, and research communities as well as publishing the results as appropriate.
Please complete the form below and a member of our clinical research team will reach out to you for more information in the coming weeks.
